I feel great! Physically, as well as mentally!
After the five day RESET, I don’t want to eat sweets! I can’t believe it, I had a huge sweet tooth. Oh, I lost 5 pounds this week!!
I just completed the first week of Kick the Cravings and the results so far show I’m down 6 pounds. I feel great and am sleeping so much better! I’m looking forward to continuing a low glycemic diet with very intentional food choices going forward. My goal is to make better choices than yesterday and to compete with myself!
